target of this association
as shown in its
statutes is the promotion, development and diffusion of research
in the field of Public Economy. In the same way, scientific
meetings will be held, publications will be sponsored and the exchange
with institutions of similar nature will be favoured. |

Full
members may be University teachers belonging to the Public Finance
department and all those people who may be professionally related (in a
regular way) to the Economy of the Public Sector studies. Honorary
members are those personalities who according to the Association have
developed outstanding work in the research or management of Public Finance
and the Economy of the Public Sector fields. For the time being, the
Association has named two teachers: Enrique Fuentes Quintana and Carlos
Otero Díaz, and the current minister for public finance Cristóbal
Montoro Romero. Protective
Members are those people or entities that
contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association.
